1. About Us

Dutch Finest Seeds operates the webshop at www.dutch-finest-seeds.com. We are based in the Netherlands and sell premium cannabis genetics exclusively as collector's items for the preservation of genetic heritage.

2. Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to all visits to our website, all orders placed through our webshop, and all agreements entered into with Dutch Finest Seeds. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and any other communication, these Terms of Service prevail.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.

3. Products

All products sold by Dutch Finest Seeds are offered exclusively as collector's items for the preservation of premium cannabis genetics. Our seeds are carefully selected and professionally packaged under controlled conditions to ensure the highest level of genetic quality.

Our products are not intended for germination, cultivation or any use that is contrary to applicable laws and regulations in the purchaser's country or region. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase and possession of our products is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Dutch Finest Seeds does not endorse, encourage or facilitate any activity that is contrary to local legislation.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of your order is the price you pay.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and shipped. If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process on our website. You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order, not an acceptance of it.

Dutch Finest Seeds reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability or if we have reason to believe the order violates applicable law. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Europe. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dutch Finest Seeds is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and assist where possible.

All orders are shipped discreetly. Our packaging does not reference the contents or our brand name on the outside.

7. Age Restriction

Our products are intended for adults only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Dutch Finest Seeds reserves the right to refuse orders if there is reason to believe the purchaser is a minor.

8. Legal Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession and any use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region. Dutch Finest Seeds operates under Dutch law and sells its products legally as collector's items within the applicable legal framework.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are aware of the laws applicable in your jurisdiction and that you take full responsibility for compliance with those laws. Dutch Finest Seeds accepts no liability for any consequences arising from the purchaser's failure to comply with local legislation.

9. Genetic Quality Guarantee

Dutch Finest Seeds stands behind the genetic quality and physical viability of every seed we deliver. Each seed is visually inspected before shipment and meets our internal quality standards.

If you receive a product that is visibly damaged, shrivelled or physically defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess each claim individually and where justified offer an appropriate remedy such as replacement or partial refund.

10. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood our Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions and graphic design, is the property of Dutch Finest Seeds and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on our website may be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Dutch Finest Seeds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data or reputational damage.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

Dutch Finest Seeds is not liable for any damages, losses or legal consequences arising from the purchaser's use of our products in a manner contrary to applicable law or contrary to the purpose for which they are sold.

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Dutch Finest Seeds makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information on our website.

We do our utmost to ensure product information is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, images or specifications are free from errors.
