At Dutch Finest Seeds, quality comes first. Every order is carefully assembled, individually inspected, and professionally packaged under controlled conditions. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out together.

Return Period

We offer a return period of 30 days. This means you can submit a return request up to 30 days after receiving your order. The legally required EU cooling-off period of 14 days is automatically included within this period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product was received in its original condition
  • The original sealed packaging is intact and unopened
  • You have your proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • The return request was submitted within 30 days of receipt

Because our products contain biological material that is sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light, we cannot accept returns of products whose original packaging has been opened or damaged — unless the claim falls under our Genetic Quality Guarantee (see below).

Genetic Quality Guarantee

Dutch Finest Seeds stands behind the genetic quality and physical viability of every seed we deliver. Each seed is visually inspected before shipment and meets our internal quality standards, developed through 15 years of experience selecting premium cannabis genetics.

If you receive a seed that is visibly damaged, shrivelled, or physically defective, please contact us within 48 hours at info@dutch-finest-seeds.nl with:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos of the product and packaging

3. A brief description of the defect observed

We assess each report individually and, where justified, offer an appropriate solution such as replacement or partial refund. In these cases, the unopened packaging requirement does not apply.

This guarantee applies solely to the physical and genetic condition of the seed as a botanical collector's item at the time of delivery, and not to any intended use or application by the buyer.

Requesting a Return

Send an email to info@dutch-finest-seeds.nl with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

⚠️ Please note: packages returned without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the product was demonstrably damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Damage or Incorrect Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours at info@dutch-finest-seeds.nl if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order is incomplete

Always include photos of both the packaging and the product. We will arrange an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from returns:

  • Products whose original seal has been broken, unless covered by the Genetic Quality Guarantee
  • Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code
  • Personalised or specially assembled orders
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Would you like to receive a different product? Submit a return request via info@dutch-finest-seeds.nl. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you're looking for.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you will hear from us within 2 business days regarding approval or rejection. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please allow for your bank or credit card company's processing time. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@dutch-finest-seeds.nl.

Product Disclaimer

All products sold by Dutch Finest Seeds are sold strictly as collector's items for the preservation of premium cannabis genetics. Our seeds are not intended for germination, cultivation, or any use that is contrary to applicable laws and regulations in the buyer's country or region. Dutch Finest Seeds does not support activities that are in violation of local legislation. The buyer is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their country or region. This refund policy does not relate to the intended use of the product by the buyer.
