Order Processing
Orders placed on business days before 15:00 CET are processed the same day where possible. Orders placed after 15:00 CET or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. Where available, a track and trace code will be included.
Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure safe transit. Our packaging is plain and discreet with no branding or product references on the outside. Inside, your order is professionally presented in our premium Dutch Finest Seeds packaging.
International Shipments & Customs
Customers ordering from outside the Netherlands are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase and importation of our products is lawful in their country or region. Dutch Finest Seeds ships all orders in good faith as collector's items in accordance with Dutch law.
⚠️ Dutch Finest Seeds is not responsible for packages that are seized, delayed or refused by customs authorities due to local legislation. In such cases, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
We strongly advise all customers to familiarise themselves with the laws and regulations applicable in their country before placing an order.
Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal of the package by the recipient, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery. If a returned package arrives in its original sealed condition, a refund of the product value may be issued at our discretion, excluding original shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged packaging. We will investigate the matter with PostNL and work towards a suitable resolution.
Please note that Dutch Finest Seeds cannot be held liable for loss or damage caused by postal services or other third parties once the package has been handed to the carrier.

They are not intended for germination, cultivation or any use contrary to applicable laws and regulations in the purchaser's country or region.
