We stand behind the physical integrity and genetic quality of our products. If you receive a seed that does not meet our standards upon delivery, we will make it right.

Our Commitment to Quality

At Dutch Finest Seeds, we take pride in the genetic quality of every seed in our collection. Each seed is individually inspected before shipment and meets our strict internal quality standards, developed over 15 years of experience in selecting premium cannabis genetics.

We stand behind the physical integrity and genetic quality of our products. If you receive a seed that does not meet our standards upon delivery, we will make it right.

What Is Covered

Our Genetic Quality Guarantee applies when a seed is visibly damaged, shrivelled, crushed or physically defective upon arrival.

✓  In such cases, we offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

How to Make a Claim

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send your claim to info @ dutch-finest-seeds.nl and include:

1. Your order number

2. A clear description of the issue

3. Photographs of the affected product and its packaging

We will assess your claim individually and respond within 2 business days with a proposed resolution.

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not apply to the following situations:

  • Products where damage cannot be reasonably attributed to a manufacturing or shipping defect
  • Products that show no visible physical defects upon delivery
  • Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery

All products sold by Dutch Finest Seeds are offered exclusively as collector's items for the preservation of premium cannabis genetics. This guarantee relates solely to the physical and genetic condition of the seed as a botanical collector's item at the time of delivery. It does not relate to any intended use or application of the product by the purchaser. The purchaser is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their country or region.
